Exhibitor Information

To reserve your space, you will need to submit the Exhibitor Application and Vendor Badge Form.

Star Expos provides 1 table (8') and two folding chairs per booth space. If you are needing a different size table or additional furniture, tables or accessories, call Century Tents & Events 940-766-1793. Booth Exhibit or set up is Thursday, March 7th, from 8 am - 6 pm CT. (Vendors with larger equipment are encouraged to make arrangements to set up earlier. Please call 308-423-4444)

Proof of Liability Insurance will be required of all vendors naming Wichita Falls Ranch & Farm Expo LLC, PO Box 2, Benkelman, NE as additional insured. Physical Address of the show is Wichita Falls Ranch & Farm Expo, 111 N. Burnett, Wichita Falls, TX 76301. Contact your insurance company to have us put on the list.
